I AM trusting that you are staying grounded during these powerful energies we have been in from the Eclipses and the recent Full Wolf Moon. These very powerful and potent frequencies are easing up now, though do continue to stay grounded and open to releasing that which no longer serves. For me these energies have brought up a lot over the past week and man-o-man brought in such exhaustion. Slept a lot this last week, spent much time in nature and took some deep dives in my many meditations. Challenging and yet super powerful and expansive. Let me know how you fared in these energies!
